Historic Columbia River Highway (Ore.)This is a featured page

Completed in 1922 and later the first highway to be named a National Historic Landmark, the Historic Columbia River Highway runs between the towns of Troutdale and The Dalles, overlooking the beautiful Columbia River Gorge the whole way. After driving the full 90-mile route, cross the river and come back on Washington’s Route 14, which is just as wonderful.
